Job Requirements
- Indonesian citizenship
- Living in South Bali
- Driving a scooter or car
- Working from our office in Seminyak
- Good communication skills – both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Good computer skills and proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Commitment to getting the job done
- Experience in Visa business
- B211A visa application
- KITAS application process (family/working/artist/investment)
- PT/PMA setup (having experience with PT and PMA setups is a plus)
- Completed university study is highly appreciated
Responsibilities
- Consult clients about visa options and requirements face to face or by email, chat, WA, and phone
- Update spreadsheets
- Update website
- If required help out with operational tasks
- Receive passports at our office in Seminyak
- Prepare (format and resize) visa documents
- Check visas and required documents
- Upload visa applications to immigration online
- Check the status of the visa (payment and approval)
- Answer/follow up on extension inquiries from email to chat
